I
love life, I love people and I love Tampa so I feel
very fortunate to be a part of the Tampa4u team in a
profession that combines all my passions.
I’ve
devoted my life in the Midwest as a wife, a mother of
two beautiful daughters
and as a registered nurse for 20 yrs. caring for medically
dependent adults and children. As an avid golfer, I
enjoy sunshine, nature and active year round outdoor
living and Tampa has proven to be the haven that best
fit my lifestyle needs.
My
experience in nursing has carried through in my duties
as a real estate agent in that I devote all my efforts
in the best interest of my clients to make sure that
all their needs are met during this very important process
in their lives. Helping individuals and families find
their dream home has been very fulfilling to me and
has truly been my mission in life.

Jay will probably be showing on those days also. So
with egg nog on one hand and listing schedule on the
other, Jay is ready to go whenever you are. Ho ho ho,
here comes Jay on Christmas day to sell your house away.

Conrad Valencia
Cell:
813-514-7777
Conrad@Tampa4U.com
Conrad
came to Tampa with only $500 specifically to join the
Tampa4U Team. He was so determined
he was willing to live under the I-275 bridge to make
this dream happen. Conrad is a Civil and Industrial
Engineer by education. He had worked as an executive
for Intel prior to stints with residential real estate.
Inspite of the achievements Conrad have amassed in the
corporate world, he felt the corporate environment was
too structured and stiffling for his ambitions and personality.
He started various businesses but his timing was all
wrong and found himself being dragged to the corporate
world because of necessity rather than choice. He was
working for Capital One when he found out about the
opportunity in Tampa. Without even packing, he headed
for Tampa.
He is our "Mr. Deal Maker". Known throughout
the New Development communities, Conrad takes pride
in getting the best deals for his clients. Don't worry
if you can't understand a word he's saying. He thinks
in Hebrew, makes hand gestures in Italian, and speaks
in tongues, but it's all about the deal and he makes
it all happen right before your very eyes.
Real Estate is his passion and is eager to help people
even if they're suspects rather than prospects. A word
of warning: don't let his movie-star looks deceive you...
he is all hard work without the attitude.

Eliane Balleza
Cell:
813-679-2222
Eliane@Tampa4U.com
Eliane
is Tampa4U's first client! (She is also our Feng
Shui expert)
I have been involved in real estate since the late 70’s.
My husband and I have been buying, selling homes and
raw land ever since. In the process, I have also been
involved in property management and continue to do so
today.
I
truly enjoy working in the field of real estate because
it is a very dynamic field with limitless possibilities.
I love seeing what interior decorators do to models
homes in various price range and how they make it come
to life.
My
father was a diplomat so as a young child I have traveled
extensively and been exposed to many cultures. This
has made a tremendous impact in my life in how I interact
with people. I have a deeper appreciation and understanding
of people in general. To this day I’m still in
touch with friends I met at a very early age that are
living in different parts of the world.
In
the mid seventies through the mid eighties, my parents
owned and operated a restaurant in Northern Virginia.
I also helped in the operations. This is where I learned
the meaning of “customer service” and how
it is crucial to any business.
The
other field I enjoy very much is cosmetology. There
is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone’s
face light up because you brought out the beauty in
them through a make-over and showing them how simple
it is to do at home.
When
I’m not involved in work, my passion is my family.
I have been married for over 28 years and my husband
and I have two sons ages 27 and 24. We also have two
dogs, three turtles, and a parakeet. I love animals!
Beside
my family I also have many good friends that I keep
for life. I draw strength from sincere and caring friends.
In return, I wake up everyday and try to make someone
laugh and smile to help make this world a better place
to live in.

Victoria Munsey
Cell:

St. Pete #: 727-254-7280
Victoria@Tampa4U.com
www.StPete4U.com
Victoria
Munsey has lived and worked in the Tampa Bay Area for
the last 24 years. In 1990, during her break between
graduating high school and beginning college, she obtained
her Florida real estate license and interned for the
summer at Century 21 Gulf Beach properties, Madeira
Beach.
Always
keeping somewhat active in real estate, she attended
St. Petersburg College where she studied to be paralegal.
After college she went to work for Transcontinental
Title Company and later Anchor Title where she used
her skills as a paralegal to ensure homebuyers and sellers,
mortgage professionals and real-estate professionals
a smooth escrow and closing process. She also worked
as real estate paralegal for two years in the prestigious
downtown Tampa Law Firm of Kauffman, Englett and Lynd.
She moved to Investors Title where she became a partner
and was then bought out by a larger firm, Flagship Title.
During
her career as a real estate paralegal and escrow officer
Victoria’s clients presented her with an opportunity
to fill a unique void in the real estate resale market
and so Victoria opened her own real estate firm, Tyler
Realty Group, named after her son Tyler. Also during
this time she began training as loan officer and often
times working all three sides of her client’s
transactions; real estate, title and mortgage.
In
2004 with 14 years experience in real estate and title
behind her and a growing interest in the mortgage side
of the transaction, she decided to advance her understanding
of the industry even further. She applied and was accepted
to the Xinnix Mortgage Academy in Atlanta where she
received over 600 classroom hours in mortgage specific
training. This training enabled her to obtain a position
at a nation wide mortgage lender, Market Street Mortgage.
All
of these experiences gave her the opportunity to work
hands on with, and therefore learn the unique needs
of all parties to a real estate transaction. It also
made her a perfect fit for the Tampa4u
Team. She joined the team in March 2006. Victoria also
has a broker-associate license and is completely committed
to making sure that your real estate transaction is
a truly delightful experience.

Jurga Haynes
Cell:
813-507-9109
Jurga@Tampa4U.com
Jurga
has the unusual knack of turning any adverse situation
into an adventure. I remember when Jurga actually missed
a turn while “getting to know” one of her
clients. Once she realized she had missed the turn,
she quickly handed her client the map and in a playful
manner, said “Well, you might as well make yourself
useful since you made me miss my turn. Here is the map
and here is the address, give me the directions and
make sure we do not miss the turn again”. This
turned into one heck of an adventure and one of the
most pleasant buying experiences for her client. Jurga’s
native city is Kaunas, Lithuania. She tries to visit
there at least once every year, so do her a favor and
start learning how to read a map because her next sale
might be you and every sale gets her closer to making
that trip back to Lithuania to visit her family.
On
a more serious note, Jurga has a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Economics and is probably one of the hardest working
members on the team. She accepts calls from clients
anytime and has been known to return the favor at times
by calling her clients at anytime to give them the most
up to date information. She really does have a contagious
laugh and melt even the toughest listing agent. She
is dedicated to working for you and protecting your
best interest with your home buying experience.
As
your Real Estate Agent, you can expect nothing but first
class service with every aspect of the buying process,
just remember to learn to read a map.

family and start their married life. When their children
were grown, her husband and her moved to Florida. They

show homes. It gives her a lot of personal satisfaction.
“It is not only great fun, it is also very satisfying

I
got into real estate because I truly have a passion
for it. I hold a Masters Degree in Business from Moscow
University and my career in real estate has roots with
my many years of work for title / escrow companies and
also banks. Back in 2003 I began buying, building and
selling homes and I wasn’t satisfied with the
level of service that I got from several different agents.
I thought to myself, “Not only can I do a better
job, but also I really enjoy all this real estate stuff.”
I obtained my first Real Estate license nearly four
years ago and I’ve been providing my customers
with great service ever since.
I’ve
lived in cold and rainy climates before like Moscow,
Chicago, Washington D.C. and Seattle. So living and
working here in Tampa is a dream come true for me. I
understand how it feels to be here from out of town
looking for your little piece of paradise to call your
own. I first discovered Tampa4u as a homebuyer and I
didn’t want to work for any other company.
I
try to make shopping for your home an enjoyable experience.
I can offer you solid expertise and also streets smarts
to help you avoid common mistakes and pitfalls. I’m
very detailed oriented. I’m good at catching the
little tricks that listing agents sometimes try to get
away with. I have many-a-times save my clients because
of my attention to detail. I have a photographic memory,
which aids me in the aspects of real estate such as
contracts and also negotiation. Also when it comes to
standing up for my clients and pushing for what’s
in their best interests I am very assertive. You can
count on me for thoroughness and diligence and I’m
not afraid to tell you my opinion.

I
am originally from Virginia Beach Virginia. There, I
grew up around real estate. My Dad is a custom home
builder and with a family full of real estate agents,
this was not a foreign concept to me.
I
have always loved design and have had an appreciation
for the architecture of homes. While in college I did
many things, from playing on the women’s golf
team, to my employment as a wedding planner and personal
shopper. I did many things and became an expert at multi
tasking and changing directions relatively quickly.
This background has proven to be very important in real
estate.
I
am rarely unavailable to my clients. They appreciate
the dedication I have for my job and for them. I love
what I do and could not imagine doing anything else.
When
I am not working, I love to bargain shop at yard sales,
on craigslist, and at my favorite stores Marshalls and
TJ Max. I love to find a deal myself, so I will be sure
to help you find one for yourself.
Let
me help you find the house of your dreams or the next

Realtor
by day, Realtired by night. I help with the web and
marketing for Tampa4U. I'm also the
guy who receives the comments and complaints about the
site - if any. If that weren't enough, I was also drafted
as the Tampa4U.com Realty broker.
My degree is in Economics and Engineering but worked
as a graphic artist for 30 years. I did photo illustrations
and digital composites for companies like National Geographic,
Discovery Channel, and Kodak. Later on, I worked as
a webmaster for various startups. After a couple of
stints with Dot Coms, I decided to freelance and "retire"
in Florida. (The "REAL" work starts after
you retire:) I realized back then that there was a need
for service oriented, information driven, and responsive
Realtors in the Tampa Bay area. So Julia and I started
Tampa4U. We have the hardest working team in the Tampa
area. We have to... our survival depends on it.
My hobbies, other than photography, didn't really relate
to art or real estate. For 15 years I bred and showed
Japanese Akitas and Shibas. That's why if I ocassionally
growl, it's the influence of being around dogs for many
years... which comes in handy when dealing with nasty
listing agents.
