Tiffany King
Tiffany
King is a Residential Home Specialist. She started her
real estate career close to four years ago. She left
her top sales profession working for The Clinque cosmetic
company and decided to expand her sales experience in
the world of real estate, where she has put her customer
service skills into action.
She greets her clients warmly and with a huge smile.
It is very apparent she enjoys interaction with customers
and knows exactly how to make them happy. Her people
skills are fabulous! You will be swept away by Tiffany's
enthusiasm to ensure you will find the home of your
dreams or sell you home at the best price possible.
You will thoroughly enjoy spending time side by side
with her as she find's just the right neighborhood and
home and life style combination for you. She is so tuned
into her client's needs. One of the key aspects of being
successful in sales is, of course, uncovering needs.
Tiffany is very astute in understanding people need
more then just a house, it's their home. She helps many
people make the right selections. After spending just
one afternoon with her you will see that your new home
or the sale of your home is a very near reality. She
has outstanding negotiation skills and many rave reviews
from past clients along with a list of professional
references upon request of her clients. She entered
her new profession as strictly a listing agent, listing
13 residential homes in her first 3 months of her new
profession which shows great determination and effort
on her part. One of the outstanding statistics is that
Tiffany has found the buyer for 1/3 of her own listed
properties, as well as marketing her properties to attract
agent's the for successful sale of the other 2/3's of
the time. Those numbers are fantastic when compared
with the general real estate agent statistics.
She absolutely loves her profession and in the past
two years expanded out into working with buyer's to
find them their dream home. Having worked on both sides
of the transaction of selling a home and buying a home,
she has a wide variety of experience in getting a home
sold from either side. Which only benefit’s her
clients involved in the transaction. She is determined
to leave satisfied clients at every closing. Her motto
is "Creating smile's one home at a time!"
And she does it very well, selling home's in the most
advantageous ways in all kinds of real estate market's
and helping buyers find the home of their dreams and
making it a reality. Her hobbies are interior decorating,
volunteer work, yoga, and scrap booking.
Her next big adventure is the one that will begin with
her service for you and your real estate needs being
met. You will get nothing but fantastic service and
loyalty, and complete satisfaction when you choose Tiffany
as your Real Estate Professional.

Irene Sandiego
I
love life, I love people and I love Tampa so I feel
very fortunate to be a part of the Tampa4u team in a
profession that combines all my passions.
I’ve
devoted my life in the Midwest as a wife, a mother of
two beautiful daughters
and as a registered nurse for 20 yrs. caring for medically
dependent adults and children.
As an avid golfer, I enjoy sunshine, nature and active
year round outdoor living and Tampa has proven to be
the haven that best fit my lifestyle needs.
My
experience in nursing has carried through in my duties
as a real estate agent in that I devote all my efforts
in the best interest of my clients to make sure that
all their needs are met during this very important process
in their lives. Helping individuals and families find
their dream home has been very fulfilling to me and
has truly been my mission in life.
Jay Sandiego
Thanksgiving
Day? Christmas Day? Fourth of July.... NO PROBLEMO.
Jay will show you houses on those days. On top of his
love for the game of golf, which he takes every opportunity
to play, he is also our holiday showing specialist.
If it ever snows 15 inches in Tampa, you can bet that
Jay will probably be showing on those days also. So
with egg nog on one hand and listing schedule on the
other, Jay is ready to go whenever you are. Ho ho ho,
here comes Jay on Christmas day to sell your house away.
Conrad
Valencia
Conrad
came to Tampa with only $500 specifically to join the
Tampa4U Team. He was so determined he was willing to
live under the I-275 bridge to make this dream happen.
Conrad is a Civil and Industrial Engineer by education.
He had worked as an executive for Intel prior to stints
with residential real estate. Inspite of the achievements
Conrad have amassed in the corporate world, he felt
the corporate environment was too structured and stiffling
for his ambitions and personality. He started various
businesses but his timing was all wrong and found himself
being dragged to the corporate world because of necessity
rather than choice. He was working for Capital One when
he found out about the opportunity in Tampa. Without
even packing, he headed for Tampa.
He is our "Mr. Deal Maker". Known throughout
the New Development communities, Conrad takes pride
in getting the best deals for his clients. Don't worry
if you can't understand a word he's saying. He thinks
in Hebrew, makes hand gestures in Italian, and speaks
in tongues, but it's all about the deal and he makes
it all happen right before your very eyes.
Real Estate is his passion and is eager to help people
even if they're suspects rather than prospects. A word
of warning: don't let his movie-star looks deceive you...
he is all hard work without the attitude.
Lessie Reyes
Lessie
migrated to the US in 1997 to join her husband whom
she met while working as a contractor in one of reputable
hospital in Saudi Arabia. They settled in the Washington
DC-Northern Virginia area and lived there for seven
years and now have an 8 year old son, Cheyenne and a
pet dog Satzchi. She loves interior design, music and
traveling to see different places with her families
and good friends.
Lessie
holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with
a major in Computer Science. Her first job in the US
was as a Database Administrator for CACI, a leading
Information Technology (IT) consulting firm then with
ESRI, a Geographical Information Systems (GIS) company.
As a Database Administrator, her work involved managing
spatial and demographic databases, data modeling of
GIS Database Management system, tested databases, streamlined
production processes, provided user support and training.
As
an employee, Lessie is highly organized, pays meticulous
attention to details, a multi-tasker, a problem-solver,
an exceptional team-player and can work under pressure.
These qualities made her a very invaluable member of
the organization and earned her high praises from her
managers.
After
living in Virginia for seven years, one thing Lessie
did not get used to was coping with the cold weather
since she grew up in a tropical country, the Philippines.
She wanted very badly to move to another state where
the weather is mostly pleasant throughout the year and
Florida was an option. Having that in mind, she secretly
looked for a job for her husband and to her husband’s
surprise when one day he got a call for an interview
and luckily got hired. Then the move to Florida started.
While
living in Florida, her first circle of friends were
mostly Realtors and this gave Lessie a glimpse of this
field. She went to school and was able to get her license
right away. Little did she know that this job would
give her so much fulfillment because not only it is
fun but the satisfaction of helping people find their
dream homes and to see their faces light up when she
is able to find what exactly are they looking for is
the motivational force that keeps her on her toes. Thus,
the saga begins as she ventures the real estate world
with much enthusiasm coupled with her extraordinary
work ethics, computer/technical skills and research
skills. Her mission is to always go above and beyond
in dealing with any clients since she wants to make
sure that she can provide excellent customer service,
extensive information and resources to help clients
come up with a better decision, either selling or buying
homes. Being a people person she came to the realization
that her real passion is helping and interacting with
people and working for their best interest. Empathizing
with people and being upbeat are very natural traits
of Lessie that made her very well liked by anyone she
meets. Consequently, makes her a perfect fit in the
real estate world!
Manfred Caparas
Holding
a degree in Computer Science from American University,
Manfred worked a s a systems analyst and network administrator
in the Washington DC area for many years. He worked
with the most notable companies in the field: Matin-Marietta,
Lockheed-Martin, MCI, and the EPA to name a few. He
is Tampa4U's IT and computer consultant troubleshooting
our computers' bugs viruses and inefficiencies. As a
Realtor his expertise is in south Tampa condos, New
Tampa, Wesley Chapel and other parts of northern Tampa.
He is also able to show listings in Manatee County.
But on a serious note his expertise lies in negotiations
and the knack for unconventional strategies. Heck, he
is able to return stuff to Costco that was purchased
in 1984. Can any of you do that? If he can do that,
imagine the deals he can get for your house. Just keep
your receipt just in case you want to return it one
day, you know who to look for.

Eliane
Balleza (Tampa4U's 1st Client)
(Eliane
is also our Feng
Shui expert) - I have been involved in
real estate since the late 70’s. My husband and
I have been buying, selling homes and raw land ever
since. In the process, I have also been involved in
property management and continue to do so today.
I
truly enjoy working in the field of real estate because
it is a very dynamic field with limitless possibilities.
I love seeing what interior decorators do to models
homes in various price range and how they make it come
to life.
My
father was a diplomat so as a young child I have traveled
extensively and been exposed to many cultures. This
has made a tremendous impact in my life in how I interact
with people. I have a deeper appreciation and understanding
of people in general. To this day I’m still in
touch with friends I met at a very early age that are
living in different parts of the world.
In
the mid seventies through the mid eighties, my parents
owned and operated a restaurant in Northern Virginia.
I also helped in the operations. This is where I learned
the meaning of “customer service” and how
it is crucial to any business.
The
other field I enjoy very much is cosmetology. There
is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone’s
face light up because you brought out the beauty in
them through a make-over and showing them how simple
it is to do at home.
When
I’m not involved in work, my passion is my family.
I have been married for over 28 years and my husband
and I have two sons ages 27 and 24. We also have two
dogs, three turtles, and a parakeet. I love animals!
Beside
my family I also have many good friends that I keep
for life. I draw strength from sincere and caring friends.
In return, I wake up everyday and try to make someone
laugh and smile to help make this world a better place
to live in.
Victoria
Munsey
Victoria
Munsey has lived and worked in the Tampa Bay Area for
the last 24 years. In 1990, during her break between
graduating high school and beginning college, she obtained
her Florida real estate license and interned for the
summer at Century 21 Gulf Beach properties, Madeira
Beach.
Always
keeping somewhat active in real estate, she attended
St. Petersburg College where she studied to be paralegal.
After college she went to work for Transcontinental
Title Company and later Anchor Title where she used
her skills as a paralegal to ensure homebuyers and sellers,
mortgage professionals and real-estate professionals
a smooth escrow and closing process. She also worked
as real estate paralegal for two years in the prestigious
downtown Tampa Law Firm of Kauffman, Englett and Lynd.
She moved to Investors Title where she became a partner
and was then bought out by a larger firm, Flagship Title.
During
her career as a real estate paralegal and escrow officer
Victoria’s clients presented her with an opportunity
to fill a unique void in the real estate resale market
and so Victoria opened her own real estate firm, Tyler
Realty Group, named after her son Tyler. Also during
this time she began training as loan officer and often
times working all three sides of her client’s
transactions; real estate, title and mortgage.
In
2004 with 14 years experience in real estate and title
behind her and a growing interest in the mortgage side
of the transaction, she decided to advance her understanding
of the industry even further. She applied and was accepted
to the Xinnix Mortgage Academy in Atlanta where she
received over 600 classroom hours in mortgage specific
training. This training enabled her to obtain a position
at a nation wide mortgage lender, Market Street Mortgage.
All
of these experiences gave her the opportunity to work
hands on with, and therefore learn the unique needs
of all parties to a real estate transaction. It also
made her a perfect fit for Solaris Realty and the Tampa4u
Team. She joined the team in March 2006. Victoria is
not only a broker-associate member of the team but also
acts as the Tampa4u Team closing coordinator and is
completely committed to making sure that your real estate
transaction is a truly delightful experience.
Jurga Haynes
Jurga
has the unusual knack of turning any adverse situation
into an adventure. I remember when Jurga actually missed
a turn while “getting to know” one of her
clients. Once she realized she had missed the turn,
she quickly handed her client the map and in a playful
manner, said “Well, you might as well make yourself
useful since you made me miss my turn. Here is the map
and here is the address, give me the directions and
make sure we do not miss the turn again”. This
turned into one heck of an adventure and one of the
most pleasant buying experiences for her client. Jurga’s
native city is Kaunas, Lithuania. She tries to visit
there at least once every year, so do her a favor and
start learning how to read a map because her next sale
might be you and every sale gets her closer to making
that trip back to Lithuania to visit her family.
On
a more serious note, Jurga has a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Economics and is probably one of the hardest working
members on the team. She accepts calls from clients
anytime and has been known to return the favor at times
by calling her clients at anytime to give them the most
up to date information. She really does have a contagious
laugh and melt even the toughest listing agent. She
is dedicated to working for you and protecting your
best interest with your home buying experience.
As
your Real Estate Agent, you can expect nothing but first
class service with every aspect of the buying process,
just remember to learn to read a map.
Erich Caparas
Realtor
by day, real tired by night. I help with the web and
marketing for Tampa4U. I'm also the guy who receives
the comments and complaints about the site - if any.
My degree is in Economics and Engineering but worked
as a graphic artist for 30 years. I did photo illustrations
and digital composites for companies like National Geographic,
Discovery Channel, and Kodak. Later on, I worked as
a webmaster for various startups. After a couple of
stints with Dot Coms, I decided to freelance and move
to Florida. I realized then that there is a need for
service oriented, information driven, and responsive
Realtors in the Tampa Bay area. So Julia and I started
Tampa4U.
My hobbies, other than photography, didn't really relate
to art or real estate. For 15 years I bred and showed
Japanese Akitas and Shibas. That's why if I ocassionally
growl, it's the influence of being around dogs for many
years... which comes in handy when dealing with nasty
listing agents.
